Can I stay in the house during the work?
Sometimes, for smaller phased jobs — but for a full renovation it's usually easier and quicker if the house is empty. We'll be honest about what makes sense for your project.
Do you do the design as well?
We can work to your architect or designer, or help you plan the layout and specification ourselves for more straightforward jobs.
How do you handle older or listed homes?
Carefully. We're used to period properties — keeping what's worth keeping, and bringing the structure, services and insulation up to modern standards around it.
How long does a full renovation take?
Most whole-house renovations run from roughly three to nine months depending on size and how much structural work is involved. You get a clear programme with your quote.
